Sometimes We Forget

The simplest remembrances can feel so powerful when we don’t realize that we’re in a feedback loop.

Focused so diligently on integration and deep inner work, sometimes we only see the obstacle in our path. The determination to overcome the limiting belief is steadfast. So strong, that soon it can feel as though this false idea is holding us back in many areas of our life.

For months, I had been telling myself a limiting story about what I habitually do in certain circumstances, and that this was a significant reason for not realizing a level of bliss and peace that I’m seeking. The power of will is strong and serves our emotional attachments. In partnership with a lower mind that’s constantly seeking the comfortable known, I found myself stuck in the shadows, forgetting my most important lessons.

One week ago, I connected to an intelligence during meditation that reminded me of the true nature of who I am, and what to do.

I Am.

I Am Everything.

All.

Everything.

No limiting factors.

Everything.

Stop Seeking.

Be what you are.

Remember what you are.

Stop trying to improve everything.

You are exactly what you need to be, abundant with enough courage and resources, to fully participate in the present opportunities.

What a beautiful week it’s been!
